Holly Paige, Producer

What exactly, do you do as a producer?
The short answer: Anything and everything it takes to guide a video project from concept to completion. That means everything from leading story discovery sessions to creating project scopes, budgets, and timelines. I conduct on-camera interviews, write scripts, and keep everyone in the loop throughout the process.

What skills and traits make a great producer?
The best producers combine the concentration of an air traffic controller, the flexibility of Gumby, the command of an orchestra conductor, the insight and empathy of a trusted advisor, and the enthusiasm of a cheerleader. No drama. Clear focus. And kindness. Always kindness.

What’s a win for you?
This is a people business, and when someone entrusts us to tell a story about themselves and what they do, I take that trust very seriously. So a win for me is when I get to collaborate with smart people who are committed to telling the right story, the right way, for the right reasons. When it all comes together and a client has a video that they love, and they can use to help them be more successful, it’s a great feeling.

We work with for profit and non-profit businesses. If you’re passionate about your story, we can help you tell it.

What changes typically happen for your clients after working with you?
Clients are surprised at what they learn about their business after working with us. They are so busy running their business or non-profit that they don’t spend time thinking about why they do what they do. The stories we help clients tell changes their view of their business, and the way their customers view them.
